Comment from Fumihiko Koyama
I have felt the club’s exceptional commitment in the composition of this year’s men’s team, and have therefore expanded our support from the women’s team last year to the club as a whole.
I attended the opening match and the second round, and thoroughly enjoyed watching a multinational group of players—including striker Suenaga, who joined from Renofa, and former Japan international Keisuke Honda—shine on the pitch.
I sincerely hope the team can remain at the top of the table and, following the women’s team, make its first-ever appearance in the AFC Champions League.
